The Alan Parsons Project Albums For Sale

Shop used and new LPs featuring soft rock band The Alan Parsons Project.

The Alan Parsons Project was the brainchild of legendary studio engineer Alan Parsons and songwriter Eric Woolfson, who turned the recording studio into an instrument of its own. Beginning in 1975, they built richly layered albums that mixed soft rock, pop, progressive keyboards and atmospheric effects, often bringing in different singers and musicians rather than operating like a traditional band. From I Robot and Pyramid to the massive hit “Eye in the Sky,” their carefully crafted sound became a favorite among fans of adventurous, beautifully produced rock. The Project released 10 albums during its original run, ending with 1987’s Gaudi, before the previously unreleased The Sicilian Defence, recorded in 1979, finally surfaced in 2014 as their 11th and final studio album.
