10-Day Return Policy. If and album is defective, or you are unsatisfied with the quality of the album/s, you may return the album/s within 10 days of receiving them (except for if an album was new and has been opened). Please listen to your albums upon receiving them. Albums can become damaged easily, and we don't want albums back that were thrown around or played carelessly and damaged by a buyer. Buyer pays return shipping. UNLESS there is a case we feel that there was a major mistake on our part. Then, buyer pays initial return, then once we inspect the items to make sure they are the original item sent, and if we deem there indeed was a major mistake on our part, then we will refund money + return shipping. We do not give partial refunds (refunds without returning the item/s). All items are to be returned in their original packaging, and sent via USPS media mail only. We take fraud very seriously. Please do not try to return an item: 1. You did not get from us 2. Was intentionally damaged. We document our albums thoroughly, and WILL detect fraud. Also, if the item was damaged by you, you must keep it. If it was damaged in shipping, and you did not pay for insurance, you must keep it.
We are very fair, we just expect everyone to be fair with us. If you have a problem, do not hesitate to contact us. We will work with you to resolve any issues fairly.
