Shipping

Packages are generally dispatched within the same or next business day after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking. Records are shipped via USPS Media Mail and should arrive within 5-7 business days for the contiguous United States and 14-20 days for the other U.S. states and territories. Apologies to other nations, but we do not ship internationally.

We pack your records in boxes specially made to ship records. We remove the album from the jacket and place it in a plain inner sleeve. Then we place record and jacket separately (record behind the jacket) in a resealable poly sleeve, and then in the box. We surround the edges of the box in heavy duty clear tape for reinforcement and to keep out moisture. If it is a large box, or the records are new and/or quite valuable, we also put reinforced corners on the box.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs (it is usually costs us more than we charge).  We advise you to group your items in one order. It's cheaper for you and us ! We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them (unless you email us quickly, before we pack them).

We WILL NOT be liable for packages damaged, lost or stolen in transit. Tracking is added for free, but if you want insurance, we charge a flat fee at checkout. Insurance claims are handled through USPS, but we will help you with them any way we can.
