Released in 1984, It's a Dying World captures Steve Camp at his rawer, playing a more intense rock. The album pairs driving guitars and vintage keyboards with lyrics that confront spiritual decline, worldly distractions, and the need for faith. Songs like “Holding on to You,” “Light Your Candle,” and the title track give the record a serious, urgent feel that stands apart from more polished, radio-friendly Christian pop. It's a worthwhile find for collectors who enjoy the grittier side of early ’80s Christian rock.
